I know, I know, I have been on a trivia blog kick lately. So what, I'm having fun with it!
Today's question is about the TV show "Happy Days"
Happy Days had several successful shows spun off from it. Mork and Mindy, Joanie Loves Chachi, Laverne and Shirley were all Happy Days spinoffs.
Did you know that Happy Days itself was a spin off?
Ok, I'll help a little. What is now generally considered the "pilot" episode aired as a segment on another show.
What show was Happy Days spun off from?
Remember, no using the internet. This totally useless information has to be stuck somewhere back in the dark crowded spaces of your own cranium.
Good luck!

I think it kind of spun off from one of the shorts from L,AS series if I search the "stupid things I remember" part of my brain...so why can't I sometimes remember the far more important things in life!
I can see the pilot. This was on a cable station not all that long ago. but, I think I just crashed and burned
Was it "Love, American Style"?
My mind is blank....Thinking it has something to do with the FONZ.....Curious to know about this one, because I loved all of these shows :)
Now I have to go look on the internet to find out....Thanks for picking my brain, and getting my mind off of the economy even if it were for only a moment :)

Looked it up and have to say I have never heard of it....lol
Thanks for playing. Yes, Happy Days was originally a segment on Love American Style. Some of the lead characters were different actors bu tmost of them were the same. Origianlly the networks didn't think the show would do very well but then after the success of the movie "American Grafitti" they decided to give the show a try.
