Local Real Estate Comments and Ramblings

Consider becoming an epro

I wanted to take a moment pass along some information on the e-PRO certification course that might be of interest to you. I personally have found the online course to be one of the best moves I've made in my career.

e-PRO is the National Association of REALTORS' fastest-growing certification course and has provided me with all the tools I need to grow my business and provide the service that today's Internet savvy consumers demand. With more than 75% of all buyers beginning their search on the Web, the information contained in the e-PRO course is invaluable.

Take a look at some of the reasons why I decided to take the course. In addition, you can see what other e-PRO certified agents are saying, including many with a technology background prior to starting their real estate career. e-PRO is perfect for new real estate agents who want to jump start their career.

Feel free to contact me if you need any additional information.

E-pro does have a referral program right now, so you can sign up at the following link and I can make some lunch money.

You can also sign up directly through epro, The training is excellent and I would highly recommend it.

I took the course and I was not impressed

they should offer the course for 3 different levels

beginner, advanced, expert  or something like this

Mmmm.  Interesting.  I have recommended the e-PRO course and even paid for 6 of my agents to take the course, 2 never finished.

I took the course before InternetCrusade even managed the service for NAR.  Michael Russer had an on line course that was a blast.  I had so much fun with it.  I started the IC course and never finished it because it required that a lot of stuff be printed.  That, for some reason, defied the purpose of having stuff on line if you have to print, print.  I could have been wrong.  Never finished.  I have a hard time reading anything that doesn't have a "backlight".

ARe you a certified e-PRO Trainer?  That would be a question in a lot of minds.

No, I'm not an e-pro trainer.  Just an epro grad.  There were some parts of the course that were pretty basic however I found a lot of it to be quite hepful.

this is one that I have not taken. I am pretty tech savy and want to make sure it is of value to me and not just a notch on my certification list.
